NEW Boughton House in Paperback
Boughton’s new paperback book, Boughton: The House, its People and its Collections, is now available to buy. Written by Richard, Duke of Buccleuch and Queensberry, the new paperback sets the scene with a history of his ancestors, the Montagu’s of Boughton, who acquired the manor in Northamptonshire in the reign of Henry VII. The book showcases Boughton’s celebrated art collection and includes some wonderful photographs from the Buccleuch archives.
The book is available to buy in Boughton’s Gift Shop at the discounted price of £14.95 and at our sister Estates: Restoration Yard at Dalkeith Country Park, Drumlanrig Castle and Bowhill House. Alternatively you can buy online via Amazon.
Opening dates and Christmas Event
Boughton’s Gift Shop is usually open at Easter, daily in August and for special group bookings or events. The shop will also open for our Christmas event.
