Changes and refund policy

Unfortunately, at this time, all tickets are non-refundable.

However, If you have booked a ticket and start to suffer from any covid-19 symptoms, we will be happy to transfer your ticket to another day that we are open. Please request any changes to your booking via the ticketing platform or contact Boughton House directly.

Boughton House reserves the right to close the gardens in which case we will refund the full ticket cost including the booking fee.

Tickets must be booked in advance and are available up until 4.30pm on the day before your visit.
